This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of <strong>healthcare operations, data analytics, population health, and Epic system optimization</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Clinical Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting Epic-based initiatives, maintaining value-based performance tools, and delivering <strong>actionable insights</strong> that improve quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Key Responsibilities</u></em></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Epic Application Support & Optimization</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support all Epic interactions for the ACO and CIN, including: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>New builds </li>\n  <li>Tool optimization </li>\n  <li>Maintenance </li>\n  <li>Reporting </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Contribute actionable innovations based on data interpretation, outcomes analysis, and self-study</li>\n <li>Monitor and implement Epic VBPM upgrades, new features, and best practices </li>\n <li>Review and complete <strong>Happy Together mappings</strong> to align with organizational goals and regulatory reporting requirements </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Epic Task Ownership</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Application Configuration & Maintenance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build, maintain, and optimize all Alo ACO and CIN programs, <strong>registries, dashboards, metrics, and risk models</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Analytics & Reporting</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain <strong>registries, scorecards, work queues</strong>, and tools supporting: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Care gap closure </li>\n  <li>Risk stratification </li>\n  <li>HEDIS measures </li>\n  <li>Value-based care initiatives </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Create and manage advanced Epic reporting using: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li><strong>SlicerDicer</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Radar Dashboards</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Metric Editor</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Reporting Workbench</strong></li>\n </ul>\n <li>Deliver insights that support <strong>data-driven decision-making</strong> across the organization </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>User Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide technical support to VBPM users across the ACO and CIN </li>\n <li>Own all TDX tickets related to VBPM tools, including: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Registries </li>\n  <li>Care gap work queues </li>\n  <li>Scorecards </li>\n  <li>Reports </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Manage user requests for system fixes, enhancements, and builds </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Payer File Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Load and maintain payer files (rosters, gap reports, etc.) </li>\n <li>Resolve import errors and work queues to ensure <strong>accurate reporting integrity</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Targeted candidates must have at least <strong>3 years of experience in a healthcare setting</strong>, along with <strong>Epic experience</strong>, and must hold either the <strong>Epic HP & Compass Rose Analytics Build Certification</strong> or the <strong>HP Value-Based Analytics Build Certification</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Other Priorities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong <strong>analytical and problem-solving skills</strong> </li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication </li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy </li>\n <li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a <strong>fast-paced environment</strong> </li>\n <li>Technical proficiency with Epic systems and healthcare analytics tools </li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively </li>\n <li>Understanding of <strong>HIPAA and data governance standards</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At ALO, <strong>innovation and analytic</strong>s fuel better patient outcomes and stronger healthcare performance.
