    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The one-year postdoctoral fellowship training emphasis is on pediatric screening and intervention with a focus on parent management training for caregivers of children ages 0-12 years with varying medical disorders, developmental disabilities, and behavioral disorders. The services are mostly in-person, but some telehealth services are required. The psychology fellow will become certified in the HOT DOCS and DOCS K-5 parent training interventions and, as part of these interventions, will have opportunities for education advocacy through working with caregivers to support patients' rights and needs.</p>",
