Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Conduct refresher trainings, mock sessions, and knowledge enhancement programs. Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to identify training gaps. Provide floor support and assist teams in process-related queries. Track training effectiveness and maintain reports\\/MIS. Ensure adherence to client requirements and internal compliance standards. Support process transitions and knowledge transfer activities whenever required. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduation is mandatory. Minimum experience in US Healthcare RCM with hands-on exposure to: Credentialing AR Calling Charge Entry Payment Posting Prior experience as a Process Trainer preferred. Strong understanding of RCM workflows and healthcare terminologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage batches and conduct engaging training sessions.
