    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.49.19/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.49.19/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Summary:</u></strong> &nbsp;</p><p>This job assumes responsibility for maintaining the total hydrology, steam, gas and sewerage distribution systems throughout the company&#39;s facilities as assigned, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting, utilizing specialized test equipment and hand/power tools.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Performs general plumbing duties.</li><li>Performs PM&rsquo;s and documentation.</li><li>Researches and troubleshoots problems.</li><li>Exhibits dependability and adherence to organization&rsquo;s dress code policy.</li><li>Other related duties as required.</li><li>The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only. Trade school training in plumbing or pipe fitting is required.</p><p><strong>Work Experience</strong>: 5 years commercial or industrial experience, to include experience reading specifications and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings, experience working with little supervision is required.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong>: Medical Gas and Back-Flow Certification</p><p><strong><u>Additional Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.</li><li>Knowledge of the state, parish, and southern building codes.</li><li>Drawing skills to document plumbing changes for updating prints on CADD.</li><li>Ability to properly using all power, hand tools and specialized equipment associated with the plumbing/pipe fitting trade.</li><li>Interpersonal skills to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of internal and external callers and visitors.</li><li>Ability to handle mental and physical stress and pressure to complete all jobs including emergencies.</li><li>Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in restricted spaces involving static postures/positions which must be held for extended periods of time.</li><li>Ability to work extended hours and call-in on an emergency basis.</li><li>Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands &amp; Working Conditions:</strong></p><ul><li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
