          "text": "<p>NBC4 is seeking a Platform Manager (Newscast Producer) who will be responsible for producing newscasts, breaking news and special events across all the station’s linear and online platforms.</p><p>We are looking for a rockstar producer who is full of ideas and creativity who can take a show or a project from pitch to production. Do you love breaking news, digging deeper into the big story and writing compelling teases? If so, we are looking for you!</p><ul><li>Maintain editorial standards aligned with the “4 You” brand (fairness, accuracy, balance) including playing an active role in the editorial process</li><li>Produce assigned daily newscasts, breaking news, and special projects across linear and digital platforms</li><li>Lead creative production and writing, including compelling teases and headline-driven storytelling</li><li>Partner with content producers to select, shape, and sequence the most relevant stories</li><li>Collaborate with anchors, directors, and the production team to deliver smooth, seamless newscasts</li><li>Coordinate with Daypart and Platform Managers to ensure complete local coverage across platforms</li><li>Work with the digital team to integrate social/mobile content and advocate for station digital platforms</li><li>Write, produce, desktop edit, and gather content as needed across platforms</li><li>Coach, mentor, and help support a pool of content producers as needed</li><li>Produce content for special projects assigned</li></ul>",
