The Manager positions are critical to adding value for our clients.  The Manager with the support of Senior Managers, Directors and Partners advise our clients on license compliance initiatives and execution of audits. This role is involved with various compliance related projects, including audit execution, data analytics, process improvement, and targeting analysis. We rely heavily on our Managers and expect a high degree of professionalism as we carry out the highest quality of professional service our clients require and expect. The Manager is responsible for performing, supervising and reviewing the work of each client engagement; and for being the liaison between our clients and their customers/licensees. We trust our Managers to always perform at a high level of quality and professionalism.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and perform all facets of the audits for existing clients: resource planning, audit planning, audit execution, audit team management, deliverables review, etc.</li>\n<li>Perform extensive excel analysis as part of audit execution, client internal initiatives and other services.</li>\n<li>Manage audit KPIs including deadlines and budgets.</li>\n<li>Interact with cross functional teams at clients/licensees and manage multiple projects across multiple clients simultaneously.</li>\n<li>Prepare and review all client deliverables: reports, calculations, etc.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate solid understanding of client businesses, technologies and risks. Maintain technical and practical knowledge about clients and industry; bring knowledge to the execution and oversight of audits.</li>\n<li>Supervise, coach and mentor all levels of staff: conduct performance reviews, contribute to performance feedback and training, develop and communicate workplace culture and code of conduct.</li>\n<li>Recruit, develop and mentor a talented team of professionals, to help bring growth to the business.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients and key industry contacts to generate revenue from existing clients and expand offerings to new clients.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for new services, methodologies or work process for teams and clients.</li>\n<li>Participate in sales pursuits for royalty and license compliance initiatives.</li>\n<li>Assist in development and implementation of operational policies to support internal infrastructure growth.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience, Skills, and Characteristics</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems Administration, Engineering or related field; CPA, CIA, CISA certification</li>\n<li>6+ years in Professional Services or large IT organizations</li>\n<li>Preferred third party audit experience, including contractual review, software licensing reviews, and/or contract compliance experience (royalty and licensing auditing).</li>\n<li>A member of the compliance team from one of the Big 4 firms preferred but not required.</li>\n<li>Strong references from existing employer/clients.</li>\n<li>Proficient understanding of technology and software license contracts.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate an understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards.</li>\n<li>Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, management processes, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.</li>\n<li>Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services</li>\n<li>Strong background in auditing techniques and/or computer control environments</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal presentation skills including the ability to translate technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to influence and resolve issues with senior leaders and major customers; sophisticated negotiation skills is desirable.</li>\n<li>Hard working, detail oriented and ability to motivate and manage engagement teams.</li>\n<li>Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work well independently and in team environments.</li>\n<li>Proven experience with building strong relationships and instilling trust with clients and internal teams.</li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to different licensee conditions and cultural differences while executing audits globally</li>\n<li>Strategic thinker with ability to make prudent business decisions.</li>\n<li>Professional and personable demeanor.</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work effectively across multiple engagement teams, clients and licensees across the globe with different time zones.</li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills.</li>\n<li>25%-35% domestic and international travel required.</li>\n<li>For positions in the following countries, languages required are:\n<ul>\n<li>USA – English</li>\n<li>UK – English</li>\n<li>Europe – German, Italian or French</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Related Working Technical Experiences:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows or UNIX/Linux administration background including proficiency with Active Directory</li>\n<li>Data analysis applications such as ACL, SQL, or Access</li>\n<li>Windows Server Desktop</li>\n<li>Unix/Linux, SAM (SMS, Altiris, etc.)</li>\n<li>VB Script, Shell Script</li>\n<li>VBA/Macros</li>\n<li>VB/Shell/PERL/Macros</li>\n<li>VMware administration</li>\n<li>SAM experience (SMS, Altiris, etc.)</li>\n<li>ISO 19770-1 and ITIL SAM Standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\"> </span></em></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong>Benefits - Why Connor?</strong></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt\">We approach every relationship with purpose, attention, and a little fun!
