Employee must become familiar with concepts of procedures and are aided with general supervision. Additionally, the individual in this position may be asked to provide leadership and direction to newly hired or more junior employees. If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shift available: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6a-6p</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform medium to high complexity tasks related to customer specific process requirements. Must be able to comprehend documentation requirements.</li>\n <li>Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation. Employee may be required to adjust system settings within established guidelines</li>\n <li>Inspect components to ensure specifications have been met.</li>\n <li>Enter data and report issues as required.</li>\n <li>Take responsibility as directed for all required process documentation</li>\n <li>Train other employees on production processes or equipment usage as requested by Supervisor.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and safe work area.</li>\n <li>Follows instructions of the Lead, Supervisor and/or Production Manager and conduct all work according to Resonetics policy and good safe labor practices.</li>\n <li>The use of chemicals is prevalent in many areas. Employee needs to understand personal protection policies and follow them at all times.</li>\n <li>Employee must conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner and is responsible for maintaining a high standard of conduct and job performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li>\n <li>Minimum three years of experience in a comparable manufacturing environment preferably utilizing computer aided machinery or similarly equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to follow detailed technical processes using mechanical equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with ISO Quality Systems particularly in medical device manufacturing. </li>\n <li>Use of optical inspection equipment. This may be defined as a magnifier, microscope, and/or equipment used for measuring capacity.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Good dexterity as many jobs require the handling of many small components.</li>\n <li>May require lifting up to 25lbs</li>\n <li>Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation</h2>\n<p>The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $19.50-21.00/hr. plus 15% shift Differential </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For temp, temp-to-hire, and regular full-time positions, our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
