We recognize our employees hard work and dedication are the driving force of our success, and we continually look for ways to reward them.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our store is looking to find <u>experienced hard working individuals</u> to join our team of <strong>Sales Associates</strong>!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our Sales team will take phone calls, build quotes and orders for pick up or delivery and assist with all customers’ needs as they enter the store. We're looking for an associate that is comfortable engaging in face to face, phone, and electronic sales while utilizing exceptional customer service and sales skills to meet or exceed company sales and margin goals. Our Counter Sales associates are also responsible for the upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance, restocking and more in the main store and back storage area(s). </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>$17 - $18 per hour with annual performance based raises!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full Time 40+ Hours per week- Set Schedule</li>\n <li>Understand the building materials marketplace and know product features</li>\n <li>Work to meet prospect customers’ needs - Excellent customer service skills</li>\n <li>Effective suggestive and upgrade selling and add on sales</li>\n <li>Effective closing technique</li>\n <li>Quote follow up- quote to order conversion</li>\n <li>Share expertise with others</li>\n <li>Discretionary profit share after one year of employment</li>\n <li>Six paid holidays and PTO Immediately</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Curtis Lumber we embrace a culture of accountability and safety.
