Additional duties include controlling access and egress; monitoring CCTV; composing detailed reports; deter criminal activity and misconduct. They are following A.G.B.&#39;s policies and procedures.</p><p>&nbsp;General Duties</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle</li><li>Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards</li><li>&nbsp;Sound alarms or calls to the police or fire department in case of fire or the presence of unauthorized persons</li><li>&nbsp;Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles</li><li>&nbsp;Permit authorized persons to enter the property and monitors entrances and exits</li><li>&nbsp;Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensures that certified removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements</li><li>&nbsp;Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post orders</li><li>Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner</li><li>Assists persons who need directions or general information</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The duties listed are not set forth to limit the assignment of work. Some college preferred</li><li>A valid driver&#39;s license</li><li>United States Citizenship / Employment Authorization Compliant&nbsp;</li><li>C.P.R. Certified</li><li>Certified Customer Service Training</li><li>Eighteen years of age at the time of application submission.</li><li>Must maintain strict professionalism and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.</li><li>Must follow all A.G.B. policies and procedures.</li><li>Ability to effectively understand and communicate in English (verbally and in writing).</li><li>Highly accountable, reliable, and prompt, with a strong work ethic.&nbsp;</li><li>Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Remain flexible to ever-changing environments; adapt well to different situations and shift work.</li><li>Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard.</li><li>Neat and professional appearance.</li><li>Must handle the pressure of working with high volume general public (constantly to occasionally depending on assignment).</li><li>It may require periods of walking throughout the facility.</li><li>Ability to effectively operate and utilize a computer.</li><li>Must be able to work longer hours based on departmental needs.</li><li>Stand or walk constantly (up to an entire shift) on surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet).</li><li>Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.</li><li>Occasionally bend/twist at waist/knees/neck to perform various duties.</li><li>Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.</li><li>Run as needed.</li><li>Constant use of both hands and arms in reaching/handling/grasping/fingering while using phone, notepad, writing reports, and other administrative tasks.</li><li>Constant use of eyes (correctable vision to the average level required) to observe, read, interact with public and co-workers, and view security monitors; includes hand/eye coordination.</li><li>Work in various environments, including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain, or heat.</li><li>Constant mental alertness and attention to detail are required while setting priorities and following up on assignments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The abovementioned qualifications represent the minimum skills and experience levels associated with performing the duties and responsibilities in this job description.
