You’ll also lead efforts to achieve energy-efficient building solutions and help operators improve their ability to safely and effectively manage the data center. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why We Need You:</strong></p>\n<p>In this position, you will be responsible for engineering design processes on assigned projects within a particular discipline. You will also develop innovative and unique engineering solutions to align with project, client and project partner’s needs, and lead the discipline team in implementing the solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Expertise of our most successful Electrical Project Engineer: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BSEE/BSAE (or another engineering discipline) from an ABET accredited program.</li>\n <li>8+ years of experience designing power distribution and lighting building systems in technically sophisticated facilities.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of critical data center electrical and mechanical equipment / systems.</li>\n <li>Minimum 4 years of experience designing, implementing, and/or operating mission critical facilities (specifically colocation and/or hyperscale data center facilities), including medium and low-voltage power distribution, and backup power / emergency systems.</li>\n <li>Responsible for electrical calculations and development of drawings per the client’s specifications and industry standards.</li>\n <li>Professional engineering registration required.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in computer operation for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit MEP, AutoCAD, SKM PowerTools, ETAP, Navisworks) preferred.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards, including National Electrical Code (NEC) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Effective skills to help you flourish:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong spoken and written communications skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent organization and time management skills.</li>\n <li>Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.</li>\n <li>Self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.</li>\n <li>Effective working individually and within team environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>When you work here, you can expect:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A flexible, collaborative environment where your well-being matters—because your best work happens when you’re supported.</li>\n <li>Real opportunities to grow—through mentorship, professional development programs, and exposure to high-impact projects across disciplines.</li>\n <li>To collaborate with inspiring teammates who challenge the status quo, foster innovation, and pave the way for future leaders.</li>\n <li>A benefits package that offers health, dental, vision, and retirement, a performance-based year-end bonus, and thoughtful perks tailored to your needs—whether that's a flexible work environment, wellness resources, or community-focused initiatives, we’ll continue to invest in.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If this dynamic environment and the chance to contribute to transformative projects resonate with your ambitions, we would love to connect with you.
