When you work here, you&rsquo;ll be treated with the same level of respect and positive attitude.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>As a material handler / shipping associate you help make the 4imprint brand come alive by supplying the embroidery machines with raw product, which are turned into customers&rsquo; orders and help with shipping customers their high-quality embroidered items.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Here&rsquo;s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.</li><li>Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.</li><li>Ensure all machines have enough non-embroidered product to avoid delays.</li><li>Use RF scanners to manage and ensure inventory accuracy and track orders.&nbsp;</li><li>Pull orders from the staging area to put by the machines.</li><li>Track down orders which may need updating.</li></ul><ul><li>Perform entire book out and shipping process for the Embroidery Department.</li><li>Following UPS and Federal Express shipping processes.</li><li>Accurately update shipping methods when required to meet event date.</li><li>Ability to physically handle large volumes of packages in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ensure packages are correctly entered into the shipping system.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.</li><li>Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.</li></ul><p><strong>You might be a fit for this position if you are:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Someone who can communicate effectively as well as work independently and as a team player.</li><li>A multi-tasker who is ready to act in any situation.</li><li>Organized and focused on the details that matter.</li><li>Someone who enjoys change and trying new things.</li></ul><ul><li>Fluent with computers, and able to process alphanumeric data quickly and accurately.</li></ul><p><strong>Required education/skills/experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>What if I don&rsquo;t have a high school diploma or equivalent?&nbsp;<ul><li>4imprint is an organization committed to learning and curiosity.
