The WREGIS team is working with a vendor to develop proprietary software to replace an existing third-party system.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you will serve as a hands-on technical leader who bridges business needs and software solutions, guiding work from concept through delivery. You'll support the WREGIS development team by shaping technical direction, making sound architectural decisions, and fostering a collaborative, problem-solving environment. With a focus on quality and continuous improvement, you will champion modern development practices, build scalable and reusable solutions, and proactively manage risks to ensure successful, efficient outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p>Travel for the first 12-20 months after hire is expected to be a minimum of 20%.
