    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Position Summary</p><p>Assigned as a member of Janitorial Service crew to sweep, clean dust, litter and trash, shovel snow and ice, hose down ramps, stair ways and other non-technical services as assigned by Facility Department.</p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p><p> Clean dust and cobwebs, pick litter and trash from garages floor and lots</p><p> Cut grass and trim bushes on lots</p><p> Trash collections</p><p> Hose down garage ramps, floors, stairways clean pipes, walls and columns,</p><p> Shovel and clear snow and ice during snow season.</p><p> Hand sweep garages and lots with broom, and walk behind</p><p> Replace light bulbs and other non-technical services as assigned.</p><p> Perform tasks given to him/her on a timely manner with the pre-established work standards that all jobs are performed with no damage to the property and equipment, must accomplish the task as directed by the supervisor or operation manager to ensure that all service requests are completed.</p><p> Responsible for accomplishing the tasks within a specific geographic region, such as a specific number of locations or all locations within a given area, i.e. Washington, Maryland, and locations in Virginia, etc.</p><p> He/she will be assigned with flexible schedules of night, evening, grave and day; will assist on special assignments as needed.</p><p> Responsible at all times for reviewing, understanding and acknowledging in writing when requested, the company provided policies and procedures that directly support completing my required work duties.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"> Other special projects as directed by the Manager, Crew Chief II Vice President, Director.</p><p>Minimum Job Qualifications</p><p> Has ability to use mower, grass cuts tools, walk behind sweepers</p><p> Utilizing manual cleaning equipment such as brooms, brushes, mops, hose and snow shovels, etc.</p><p> Reading and writing comprehension of safety manuals and cleaning chemical instruction</p><p>Qualifications Desired</p><p> Reliable regular attendance, willing to take multitasks and team work spirit is strongly desired.</p><p> Ability to execute given job in high quality and efficiency consideration is desired.</p><p> To meet daily operational needs working in flexible schedule is strongly desired and required.</p><p> Valid Driver License.</p><p>Performance Standards</p><p>This position will receive an annual performance review from the direct supervisor to discuss actual performance as compared to company stated expectations and agreed upon job related performance goals for the upcoming year.</p><p>Physical Demands and Working Conditions</p><p>The physical demands of this position and the work environment characteristics described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this position.</p><p>Physical Demands: as part of performing the duties associated with this position, the employee may be required for a period of time to stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms. Employee must lift and/or move objects up to 40 lbs.</p><p>Work Environment: While performing the duties associated with this position, the employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
