          "text": "<p>As the Film &amp; Video Intern for Hasana, Inc. you will have a variety of responsibilities throughout the semester.  Our Marketing team is looking for bright and innovative interns to film and edit video segments.</p><p><br /></p><p>Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><p><br /></p><p>Assist with filming and editing video segments.</p><p>Plans and directs assigned studio and field-based video production.</p><p>Arrange optimal lighting and camera setup for video shoots.</p><p>Assist in scheduling tapings and guest appearances.</p><p>Coordinates pre-production and production planning activities.</p><p>Conducts field-based video production which involves interacting with clients and operating all portable video and audio equipment.</p><p>Transports and sets up lighting and audio equipment as required; provides limited troubleshooting and maintenance of field production equipment.</p><p>Plans and performs video post-production tasks which includes reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, tape logging, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, and final editing.</p><p>Utilizes computer graphics and special effects for video post-production in accordance with the overall production concepts</p><p>Compresses video projects for output; make video products available in a variety of formats; and coordinates internal and external duplication services as required.</p>",

          "text": "<p>A passion for women’s economic opportunities.</p><p>Must be a full or part-time student and working toward a degree.</p><p>Must be eligible to receive school credit and commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 months.</p><p>Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously.</p><p>Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks.</p><p>Must have access to film production and editing equipment.</p><p>Familiarity with video production equipment and software.</p><p>Interest in filming and editing video segments.</p><p>College level coursework in video production.</p><p>Comfort with  post-production equipment, Final Cut Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, Macintosh and PC operating systems.</p><p>Knowledge of video production procedures, practices, techniques, and terminology; principles of analog and digital video capture.</p><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.</p><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>Ability to work well with a variety of personalities.</p><p>Ability to take initiative and must have the confidence to learn in a “live” environment.</p><p>Must be reliable with excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail.</p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>Ability to work well with a team.</p><p>Integrity, honesty, openness and a willingness to operate as a team player.</p>",
