CARES provides an environment that focuses on teaching each student based on his or her unique strengths and needs. Programming is focused on increasing independence for each student.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p><em>#Sponsored</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION: </strong>Bachelor’s degree and an active Special Education Instructional I or II Pennsylvania teacher certification or eligible for Pennsylvania Special Education Instructional I certification.
