We’re looking for a hands-on Pre-Rigging Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you’ll work directly with fiberglass components and rigging systems—wetting/laying glass, grinding, cutting, installing fittings, and running hoses to support the build process. You’ll play a key role in preparing each boat for final assembly while maintaining high quality standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p>· &nbsp;Wet/lay fiberglass, grind, and cut holes in decks, hulls, and components</p><p>· &nbsp;Install fittings (including ball valves) and run hoses as part of the rigging process</p><p>· &nbsp;Use hand and power tools (drills, screw guns, ratchets, etc.) to complete assigned work</p><p>· &nbsp;Measure, mark, and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met</p><p>· &nbsp;Troubleshoot, repair, and rework components as needed</p><p>· &nbsp;Work closely with the Rig Lead, Engineering, and Quality teams to meet production goals</p><p>· &nbsp;Follow standardized work instructions, job instructions (JI), and quality criteria</p><p>· &nbsp;Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers</p><p>· &nbsp;Maintain a clean and organized work area</p><p>· &nbsp;Stay flexible—move between areas as needed based on production demands</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>· &nbsp;Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or mechanical environment</p><p>· &nbsp;Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accurately</p><p>· &nbsp;Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects or issues</p><p>· &nbsp;Ability to work independently and stay on task</p><p>· &nbsp;Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot with minimal supervision</p><p>· &nbsp;Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements</strong></p><p>· &nbsp;Regular exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and moving equipment in a manufacturing setting</p><p>· &nbsp;Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs without assistance</p><p>· &nbsp;Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and overhead work</p><p>· &nbsp;Ability to work extended shifts, including overtime as needed</p><p>· &nbsp;Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment</p><p>· &nbsp;Must safely use required PPE, including eye protection, gloves, and respirators as needed</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>· &nbsp;Competitive weekly pay</p><p>· &nbsp;Paid time off plus paid holidays</p><p>· &nbsp;Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, company-paid life and disability insurance, and more</p><p>· &nbsp;401(k) with company match</p><p>· &nbsp;A people-focused workspace built on teamwork and innovation</p><p><br></p><p>Please note<strong>:</strong> Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.</p>",
