A 32-year-old company with primary base of return customers.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Necessary Skills:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Working knowledge of WAN&rsquo;s, LAN&rsquo;s, Routers, Switches, Structured Cabling and Server connections.</li><li>Able to interpret and comprehend plans, specifications, and scope requirements.</li><li>Experience working with and coordinating multiple sub-contractors on a project.</li><li>Skilled in managing and supervising technicians on a project.</li><li>Experience in estimating from an RFQ/RFP including site surveys to accurately complete the estimate.</li><li>Able to generate Statement/Scope of Work for the customer, Critical Success Factors for a project, Project Plans, Project Schedules, Status Reports, closeout documents, and other essential documentation for the full life-cycle of a project.</li><li>Experience in project escalation costing and Change Order processing.</li><li>Experience in working with Engineers, Electrical Contractors, and other trades and disciplines.</li><li>Ability to create a time-phased material and labor plan for the project with milestone deliverables, invoicing, and sign-offs.</li><li>Proficient in variance analysis and reporting to the company and to the customer.</li><li>Facilitate meetings with the customer for status reporting, issue resolution, and inter-team coordination.</li><li>Familiarization with BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Services International) and TIA (Telecommunication Industry Association)/EIA (Electronic Industries Association) standards.</li><li>Thorough understanding of proper materials management and field technician<s>&nbsp;</s>supervision</li><li>Conduct post project reviews to provide process improvement recommendations to the estimating team for the next project.</li><li>This position deals with IT and telecommunications infrastructure upgrades, security camera installations, wireless communications upgrades, Access Control systems, and other security device installations.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Qualifications:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum five years of project management experience whereby you managed the full life cycle of a project including customers, suppliers, and project team members.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited college/university preferred but not required Engineering degree preferred. &nbsp;Equivalent experience and brilliance required. Enthusiasm to learn is a must.</li><li>PMP Certification not required but desired. &nbsp;Without certification, project management working experience is sufficient.</li><li>C-15 and/or C-15B license highly desired</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Work Conditions:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.</li><li>Participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.</li><li>Minimal travel between the Hawaiian Islands may be required.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>\n    </div>\n  </div></div></div></div>\n",
