This position is ideal for students currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology program who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real‑world consulting environment.</p><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">You’ll support project teams with a mix of field, office, and technical tasks, gaining exposure to civil design, construction support, and infrastructure projects.</p><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><strong>What a Day at EXP Has in Store for You</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Performing other project‑related tasks as assigned under the guidance of senior staff</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Supporting civil infrastructure and land development projects</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Helping prepare technical drawings and design files using AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Supporting preparation of technical reports, field notes, and project documentation</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Collaborating with engineers, technologists, and project managers</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Assisting with fieldwork, such as site visits, inspections, surveys, or data collection</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Assisting with quantity take‑offs, calculations, and data analysis</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Following safety procedures while working in field and office environments</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Working in the office environment in Brampton or other offices as assigned</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: 15pt;\"><strong>What Your Experience Looks Like</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Current enrollment in a Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology co‑op program</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Completed coursework in areas such as watermains, sewers, treatment plants and/or municipal infrastructure</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Ability to manage tasks independently with guidance</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">A valid driver’s license (asset, depending on role requirements)</li><li style=\"line-height: 15pt;\">Please include your preferred co‑op term length in your resume or cover letter<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><p>This job posting is for an existing position vacancy within our organization.</p><p>The hourly range for this role is between $21 - $24.
