Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p>\n<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Owner to join our Enterprise Custody Platform team. This role is located in Pune.</p>\n<p><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Set a clear product vision and communicate it effectively</li>\n <li>Own end-to-end delivery on pod outcomes, including software delivery and operating models, where applicable</li>\n <li>Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for your team; maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team</li>\n <li>Facilitate release planning with stakeholders</li>\n <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision aligns within platform strategy and requirements</li>\n <li>Accountable for product specific business outcomes once solution enters production, and communicating with stakeholders</li>\n <li>Support messaging, communication and client outreach as necessary</li>\n <li>Monitor the risk and regulatory environment and partner with senior management to consider changes to deliverables as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in business management, finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.</li>\n <li>8-10+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.</li>\n <li>Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.</li>\n <li>Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including writing well-defined stories and acceptance criteria, and being able to provide daily direction to an agile team.</li>\n <li>Prior experience working in the financial services industry, specifically prior knowledge of the Custody business and/or institutional banking preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:&nbsp;</p>\n<p>BNY Newsroom&nbsp;</p>\n<p>BNY LinkedIn</p>\n<p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</li>\n <li>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</li>\n <li>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our Benefits and Rewards:</p>\n<p>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
