The Production Laborer is tasked with processing aluminum scrap and operates on a melting furnace. This can include burner control, in addition to charging, melting, and transferring molten metal into DEOX when needed. If you are looking for a growth opportunity with wage advancement options we have the Production Laborer position for you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As our new Production Laborer, you will:</p>\n<p>· Prepare material for melting.</p>\n<p>· Assemble material into the furnace at the proper temperature.</p>\n<p>· Employees will make certain material bins are straight, clean, and orderly.</p>\n<p>· Confirm that raw material loads are processed completely.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good positive attitude</li>\n <li>Excellent Attendance; Dependability</li>\n <li>Willingness to learn and apply what is learned</li>\n <li>Work safely and help maintain a safe work environment</li>\n <li>Hard working with a good work ethic</li>\n <li>Ability to operate power equipment</li>\n <li>Ability to work as a team and independently with little supervision; teamwork</li>\n <li>Strong written and oral communication skills; respectful communication</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Ability to follow instructions</li>\n <li>Detail orientated</li>\n <li>MUST pass a drug screen and preemployment physical</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> </h2>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
