Description
Customer Service Representative, Strategic Accounts
Mission of the Role (What you’ll be doing):
The Customer Service Representative, Strategic Accounts Serves as a liaison for the Strategic Accounts (SAS) Team by
coordinating and communicating customer needs to SupplyOne servicing locations, ensuring each site is meeting
customer expectations and sending PO’s to different locations in a timely manner. The CSR, SAS is the relationship
and communication link between the customer, sales, and operations and proactively serves as a critical point of
contact for order management, service, support, problem-solving, and relevant project information for their internal
and external customers.
Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities & quantifiable measurements):
• Central point of contact for multi-location accounts for both customers and internal SupplyOne locations
• Process and confirm orders and/or communicate what needs to be ordered, the day they are received.
• Generate standard quotes within 24 - 48 hours of receipt.
• Set up customers in SAS Encore database. Prepare and submit new SAS customer set-up information to
SupplyOne servicing sites in Amtech Database
• Process and confirm customer orders in Encore when received.
• Submit drop ship PO’s to SupplyOne servicing sites.
• Confirm product availability and ship dates from each servicing site and communicate effectively to the
customer.
• Provide price quotes to customers and SupplyOne SAS Sales Team
• Build accurate specs and inventory items within SAS Encore database within 24-48 hours.
• Maintain and update pricing in customer price list and all inventory tables.
• Communicate price changes to servicing sites.
• Monitor and assist with collection efforts for past due invoices or slow pay customers.
• Assists SAS Team in onboarding new business and internal multi-location account transitions.
• Maintains thorough customer records and communicates these changes to participating SupplyOne servicing
sites.
• Assists SAS Team in preparing reports, proposals and presentations.
• Set up Accounts and constantly manage in One online.
• Resolve customer problems and elevate issues immediately to an acceptable, timely and appropriate resolution.
• Monitor customer min/max, open orders, back orders and inventory levels alerting customers immediately to
changes to deliver on time, in full and in spec (DIFOTIS)
Essential Functions (Essential/secondary functions that support the primary responsibilities) :
• Prepare proposals and miscellaneous correspondence.
• Maintain thorough customer records.
• Monitor and resolve slow payment issues.
• Use independent discretion, judgment, and decision-making skills to achieve quality and performance standards.
• Assist with slow-moving inventory.
• Expedite material based on customer needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks
• Demonstrated initiative in personal and professional development.
• Basic arithmetic including gross profit calculations.
• Experience working in Encore and Amtech databases is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally over the phone, and in person, at our site and at customer
or 3rd party sites
• High School diploma/GED
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.

The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, responsibilities, and relevant education and training.
