</p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Scheduling & Planning</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.</li>\n <li>Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks.</li>\n <li>Track schedule performance and provide recovery plans when needed.</li>\n <li>Support baseline schedule development and time impact analyses.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cost Control & Forecasting</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct weekly cost review meetings with project teams to verify quantities, cost reporting accuracy, and budget alignment.</li>\n <li>Identify required Job Cost Adjustments (JCAs), phase maintenance updates, and cost reallocations.</li>\n <li>Track project budgets, commitments, and actual costs.</li>\n <li>Enter budget adjustments in Viewpoint/Oracle.</li>\n <li>Prepare cost forecasts and variance analysis reports.</li>\n <li>Monitor subcontractor progress and payment applications.</li>\n <li>Assist in change order pricing, tracking, and impact analysis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Change Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Review Change Order Requests (CORs/PCOs) for validity and completeness.</li>\n <li>Ensure Pending Change Orders (PCOs) are actively managed and converted to Approved Change Orders (ACOs) in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Review change orders prior to system interface for proper documentation, DOA compliance, and financial accuracy.</li>\n <li>Analyze change order impact on cost, schedule, and margin.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting & Performance Monitoring</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare weekly and monthly project control reports.</li>\n <li>Maintain earned value analysis (EVM) metrics.</li>\n <li>Develop dashboards and KPIs for executive review.</li>\n <li>Support DSO tracking and revenue forecasting when applicable.</li>\n <li>Document UCOs per job each month.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Risk & Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify potential cost and schedule risks.</li>\n <li>Assist in claims documentation and delay analysis.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with contract requirements (e.g., FDOT, public agency reporting).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Data Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain accurate project cost codes and WBS structures.</li>\n <li>Support ERP system integration (e.g., Viewpoint, Procore, SAP).</li>\n <li>Ensure data integrity across scheduling and accounting platforms.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Setup & Budget Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure each new job setup follows company standards and procedures to allow for accurate job costing and reporting.</li>\n <li>Review and interface project budgets to confirm alignment with bid-time data, including cost, profit, and contingency.</li>\n <li>Validate cost code structures, WBS, and phase allocations prior to project launch.</li>\n <li>Ensure proper delegation of authority (DOA) compliance for budget and change approvals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Manager Oversight & Process Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure project teams adhere to company project controls policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Provide training and guidance to Project Managers and field staff on cost reporting, forecasting, and billing best practices.</li>\n <li>Serve as a resource to operations teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3–7 years of experience in construction project controls, scheduling, or cost engineering.</li>\n <li>Experience on commercial, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience with public agency projects (FDOT, municipal, federal) a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Primavera P6 (preferred) or MS Project</li>\n <li>Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)</li>\n <li>Viewpoint, Oracle or similar ERP systems</li>\n <li>Understanding of CPM scheduling and earned value methodology</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong
