Our new construction and service yard projects demand the highest standards of quality. An excellent work ethic, attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, and self-motivation are essential to succeed in this role. ABYC certification and marine experience are preferred.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Service and install marine A/C and refrigeration systems for new builds and service yard projects.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair A/C and refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.</li><li>Maintain and install equipment in compliance with ABYC standards and company specifications.</li><li>Collaborate with other team members to ensure all installations and repairs meet quality standards.</li><li>Provide preventative maintenance to maximize system longevity and prevent issues.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience working with marine A/C and refrigeration systems.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems efficiently and effectively.</li><li>ABYC certification and marine experience are preferred but not required.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>We understand that the best yachts are built by the best team.
