More overlap = better</span></li>\n<li><span>Very good spoken and written English language skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Proven Microsoft Fabric Experience</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Look for direct, hands-on Fabric project experience (not just Azure Synapse or older Data Factory experience).</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Strong Understanding of Lakehouse Medallion Architecture</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Contractor should be able to explain how they would design Landing ➔ Bronze ➔ Silver ➔ Gold clearly and simply.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>OneLake and OneDrive Shortcut Expertise</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Verify they know how to set up OneDrive shortcuts or external storage connections into Fabric.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Fabric Pipelines and Dataflows Skills</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>They must be comfortable building Fabric Pipelines (the new generation of data movement tools, not just old ADF).</span></li>\n<li><span>Bonus if they know Dataflow Gen2 for transformations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Ability to Build Flexible, Parameterized Pipelines</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Look for ability to build dynamic ingestion pipelines (e.g., moving files per client, validating file names dynamically).</span></li>\n<li><span>They’ve parameterized pipelines (example: different folders for different clients).</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span>Experience Handling Schema Drift and Column Changes</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Very important: they should know how to ingest changing CSV schemas without breaking Bronze ingestion.</span></li>\n<li><span>(e.g., new columns appear?
