Founded in 1927, Vantage employs over 900 people across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Position Summary As the Quality Manager, you will lead the site's Quality function and serve as a key member of the leadership team. You will be responsible for ensuring products, processes, and systems consistently meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and company expectations. This is a highly visible leadership role that requires a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, close partnership with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Safety, and Operations, and a relentless focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
