Casino & Hotel Brand is searching for the right talent to grow with the organization and help drive our future success.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the successful operation of the bars.  Accountable for directing the work of cocktail, bartending and bar back staff, assuring that guest have a favorable gaming experience.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with the development and managing of the budget for the beverage department.</li>\n <li>Supervises programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.</li>\n <li>Schedules staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels employment and at the level to ensure a positive gaming experience by the guests of Maryland Live Casino.</li>\n <li>Development of staff, to include training, interviewing for new hires, performance management, to include disciplinary counseling and conducting performance evaluations.</li>\n <li>Assist with coordination and supervision of department financial data.</li>\n <li>Reviews beverage activities and promotions with Beverage Manager.</li>\n <li>Monitor and adjust performance to local competition.</li>\n <li>Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws for local area. Knowledge of Health Department, applicable OSHA Regulations, and Gaming Regulations.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent service, communication and organizational skills; objective analytical and effective prioritization skills</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze and interpret departmental/company goals</li>\n <li>Consistently demonstrates a high level of integrity, confidentiality, teamwork and positive attitude while achieving/maintain departmental/company goals</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in stressful environments</li>\n <li>Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one, small group and large group situations</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Education: A two (2)-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>Experience: Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience with bar operations, supervising and processes.</li>\n <li>You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand and ability to sit for long periods of time.</li>\n <li>Ability to use hands and fingers to handle and feel; use hands and arms to reach, legs and feet to balance, stoop, kneel or crouch</li>\n <li>Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs and infrequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs</li>\n <li>Ability to regularly utilize sufficient vision or other powers of observation to review documents and computer screens and organize documents and materials.</li>\n</ul>",
