    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>The Financial Education Coordinator will lead financial wellness initiatives, represent b1BANK at community events, and build meaningful partnerships with financial institutions, schools, non &ndash; profit organizations, economic development entities and community groups.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Specific Job Functions</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Plan and coordinate financial literacy programs.</li><li>Organize workshops on budgeting, credit, savings, banking, and entrepreneurship.</li><li>Support small business training classes and community education events.</li><li>Recruit participants and manage program enrollment.</li><li>Track attendance, outcomes, and reporting data.</li><li>Build partnerships with Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI&rsquo;s), schools, nonprofits, and community groups.</li><li>Assist with outreach, marketing, and grant-supported initiatives.</li><li>Help participants access financial resources and business support services.</li><li>Assist the b1 FOUNDATION Director with all administrative aspects of the FOUNDATION.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Minimum Job Requirements</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent is required.&nbsp;</li><li>3 &ndash; 5 years of experience in financial education, training coordination or a banking related role is required.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of banking products, services and financial literacy principles.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.</li></ul><p>Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled</p></div>\n",
