You&rsquo;ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience, ensuring orders arrive on time and in excellent condition. This position reports directly to the Shipping Manager.</p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for someone who values safety, reliability, and great service &mdash; someone who takes pride in representing Summit on the road.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><p>Driving &amp; Delivery</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Operate box trucks (up to 20 feet) in compliance with all DOT regulations.</li><li>Deliver products to customers safely, efficiently, and courteously.</li><li>Build strong relationships with customers through professional and dependable service.</li></ul><p>Loading &amp; Unloading</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Load and unload materials, verifying contents against work orders and shipping tickets.</li><li>Report overages, shortages, or damages promptly and accurately.</li></ul><p>Documentation &amp; Communication</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.</li><li>Retain and submit gas receipts for monthly audits.</li><li>Take and email proof-of-delivery photos to the Shipping Manager.</li><li>Communicate customer concerns or delivery issues promptly.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)</li><li>DOT certification is a plus!</li><li>Reliable attendance and punctuality</li><li>Ability to lift/move up to 200 lbs with team assistance</li><li>Familiarity with ramps, docks, pallet jacks, and hand trucks</li><li>Physical ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform other job-related tasks</li><li>Strong depth perception and vision required for driving and delivery</li><li>Personal cell phone with GPS</li></ul><p><strong>Pay &amp; Schedule</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>$18&ndash;$20 per hour, based on experience</li><li>Full-time role based in Rock Hill, SC</li><li>Monday through Friday schedule</li><li>Occasional overtime may be required</li></ul><p><strong>Why Summit</strong></p><p>We&rsquo;re building more than products &mdash; we&rsquo;re building a team.
