If RN has an Associate’s Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Experience</b>: Required 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, for Critical Care units, 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Certification:&nbsp;</b>Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start | For Critical Care Units: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - Within 6 Months | For Pediatric Units: Pediatric Advanced Life Support- Within 6 Months | For Infusion Center Units: Obtain chemo card- within 3 months of hire</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Licensure:</b> Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state Registered Nurse license&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>Registered Nurse (RN) Preferred Qualifications:</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>(BSN) Bachelors of Science in Nursing&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Two years of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience on an inpatient Postpartum Unit.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficient in Epic&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n <div>\n  <div>\n   <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>",
