As part of a collaborative team, you will be instrumental in promoting a culture of mental wellness and supporting employees through counseling, education, and wellness initiatives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Individual Counseling:</strong> Meet one-on-one with employees during scheduled sessions or walk-ins, providing counseling to support mental health and emotional well-being.</p></li><li><p><strong>Promote Wellness Initiatives:</strong> Advocate for and support mental wellness initiatives on-site, helping to create a culture that prioritizes mental health and well-being.</p></li><li><p><strong>Cultural Awareness:</strong> Spread awareness and promote a positive culture that supports mental well-being and reduces stigma surrounding mental health.</p></li><li><p><strong>Leadership Education:</strong> Provide ongoing education for leadership, safety teams, and Mental Health First Aiders on mental health topics and best practices.</p></li><li><p><strong>Crisis Response:</strong> Deliver emergency response and care following a mental health crisis, supporting both employees and leadership in managing critical situations.</p></li><li><p><strong>Mindful Movement Sessions:</strong> Lead mindful movement sessions during Stretch and Flex to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance employee well-being.</p></li><li><p><strong>Site-wide Engagement:</strong> Attend and contribute to <strong>monthly site-wide lunch events</strong> and participate in additional initiatives designed to foster mental health awareness and employee engagement.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Licensed Mental Health Clinician</strong> (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in Oklahoma</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in providing <strong>individual counseling</strong> and mental health support</p></li><li><p>Ability to create and deliver <strong>mental health education</strong> and training for teams and leadership</p></li><li><p>Experience in <strong>crisis management</strong> and providing support during mental health emergencies</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to working with employees</p></li><li><p>Ability to engage employees in <strong>wellness initiatives</strong> and foster a culture of mental well-being</p></li></ul><p>If you're passionate about supporting mental health in the workplace and have a desire to make a difference, we encourage you to apply.
