          "text": "<ul><li>Review of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) design documents such as drawings, specifications (“specs”), Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), and Basis of Design (BOD) to evaluate energy efficiency.&#xa0;</li><li>Perform measurement, verification, commissioning, and retro-commissioning.</li><li>Provide, prepare, and develop Pre-Functional and Functional testing forms in compliance with green building practices.&#xa0;</li><li>Collect data for energy conservation analyses, using jobsite observation, field inspections, and submetering.</li><li>Conduct periodic site visits for observation and acceptance of Pre-Functional tests.&#xa0;</li><li>Inspect and monitor energy-related systems, including heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, power distribution, domestic hot water, and pumping to determine energy use and potential energy savings.</li><li>Witness Functional testing on site to verify the proper installation and programming of new or relocated equipment and systems per green building practices.&#xa0;</li><li>Prepare project reports and related documentation.</li><li>Prepare documents such as Current Facility Requirement (CFR) and Operation and Maintenance (O&amp;M) plans, Systems Manuals, Ongoing Commissioning (Cx) plans, Cx summary reports, etc.</li><li>Conduct Post-Occupancy reviews after project substantial completion.</li></ul>",
