    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">The Overnight Youth Residential Counselor provides leadership and oversight of daily residential operations, youth supervision, and facility documentation in compliance with New Haven and Community Care Licensing (CCL) standards.
