This role ensures efficient machine operation, adherence to production schedules, and consistent output of high-quality parts.</p>\n<p>This position plays a critical role with programming, quality, and production teams to support continuous improvement and on-time delivery.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment) to produce parts according to blueprints and work instructions</li>\n<li>Load raw materials and unload finished parts while maintaining proper material handling procedures</li>\n<li>Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job travelers to ensure accurate part production</li>\n<li>Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency</li>\n<li>Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machinery</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings</li>\n<li>Familiarity with basic measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Career Growth &amp; Development</span></p>\n<p>JR Metal Works is committed to helping employees build long-term, rewarding careers.
