Requires knowledge of all aspects of mixology including food/wine pairings and wine presentation and service.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Job Tasks/Duties:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px;\">Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px;\">Requests additional supplies as necessary and stocks the bar.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px;\">Follows set-up procedures.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px;\">Prepares garnishes, fruits mixes and pre-mixed drinks prior to opening bar.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px;\">Greets members and guests.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px;\">Mixes, prepares and serves drinks to members and guests and mixes and prepares drinks ordered by food and beverage servers according to approved standard recipes.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif;
