The Superintendent Construction (OnsCon) must be able to apply industry insights to enhance on-site productivity, provide leadership, and influence processes and policies for effective workforce governance, as well as identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems that impact project outcomes. The Superintendent Construction (OnsCon)’s decisions are pivotal in ensuring that the team meets its objectives with efficiency and adherence to safety standards. These decisions should be guided by established policies, resource allocations, budget considerations, and the overarching project plan.<br>Candidates should have a strong background in electrical, instrumentation and control systems in industrial installations applications. Experience in large complex industrial worksites and pre-commission would be an asset.</p><p><strong>Salary Range:&nbsp;</strong> $162,006 - $211,519 CAD. The range provided is for contracted hours only. In addition, McDermott offers a competitive total rewards package, including project up-lift and bonuses.</p>",
