This program includes tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment, among other benefits! </p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>#sponsored</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<strong>Education:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field</li>\n <li>A high school diploma with additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>Experience:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, and/or mental health diagnoses</li>\n <li>At least 1 year of experience in healthcare quality management, including direct care experience</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Skills:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of healthcare systems, quality improvement principles, and regulatory standards</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, project management, and facilitation skills</li>\n <li>Strong data collection and analysis abilities using computer applications</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and make sound independent decisions</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
