This is a FT position on an&#160;interdisciplinary team.&#160;Responsibilities include assessment, brief intervention counseling, consultations with primary care, patient-centered care&#160;plans, care coordination.&#160;You will be&#160;part of a team that will work toward better health outcomes by applying evidence based practices.&#160;This is a dynamic program oriented toward health care transformation.</p><p><strong>Education and/or Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Master&#8217;s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work which includes coursework in psychological assessment.</li><li>At a minimum should meet WAC requirements for the designation of Mental Health Professional, be licensed or have an associate&#8217;s license.&#160;&#160;</li><li>Experience with mental health evaluation of children and experience with evidence-based models of treatment is a plus.</li><li>Must be comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office and other software.</li><li>Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable.</li></ul><p>We have a Loan Repayment Program on site for those who qualify.&#160;</p><p><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:115%;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"line-height:115%;\">What We Offer:</span></span></strong></span></span></span></p><p>Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
