Technician C communicates with customers, educating them on necessary preventive vehicle maintenance. Additional duties may include some courtesy services, tire repair and replacement services. </span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">**You are paid an hourly rate and a commission percentage that is standard across the company. </span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\"><strong>Essential Duties</strong></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with supervisory direction and factory standards.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Examines assigned vehicles to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Partner with the Center Manager if additional work is needed, if the work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:11pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;\">Documents all work performed and recommended.
