This role requires leadership, technical understanding of the trades, and a passion for developing people and driving KPIs.</p>\n<p>You’ll be the central hub of communication between customers, technicians, and management—ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer experiences, and consistent achievement of daily goals.</p>\n<p>________________________________________</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n\n<li>Lead daily dispatch operations for HVAC, plumbing, and sewer service teams of roughly 2-4 team members.</li>\n<li>Utilize Service Titan to schedule, assign, and track jobs efficiently.</li>\n<li>Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds daily KPI goals.</li>\n<li>Strategically schedule technicians to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.</li>\n<li>Create and review estimates as needed to support customer and field operations.</li>\n<li>Apply trade knowledge to support troubleshooting and job preparation.</li>\n<li>Train, mentor, and motivate dispatchers and technicians to strengthen team performance.</li>\n<li>Develop programs and incentives to encourage teams to hit operational targets.</li>\n<li>Support a 24/7 emergency service operation, with flexibility for occasional after hours needs.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with operations management to streamline processes and improve efficiency.</li>\n\n<p>Job Requirements</p>\n\n<li>2+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC, plumbing, sewer, or related industries strongly preferred).</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Service Titan or similar job management platforms.</li>\n<li>Strong problem solving and multitasking skills.</li>\n<li>Clear and confident communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, or sewer trades.</li>\n<li>High energy, strong work ethic, and a desire for career growth and leadership.</li>\n<li>Ability to coach, train, and inspire team members.</li>\n<li>Organizational excellence and attention to detail.</li>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n</div>"
