As a Contract to Start Coordinator you will following the processing of all jobs from contract approval to the start of the job to ensure processes meet or exceed goals. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with Architecture, Estimating, Production, and Sales to ensure efficiency and prompt contract to start cycle time.</li>\n <li>Maintain starts reports and facilitate starts for Division and ensure starts are released in a timely fashion.</li>\n <li>Facilitate weekly starts meetings for the Division.</li>\n <li>Review and analyze customer job status while providing feedback to Sales Managers, Construction and Operations Managers and Division President.</li>\n <li>Oversee the process of obtaining permits and municipality plan approvals, HOA approvals, and ARB approvals.</li>\n <li>Maintain master plan approvals from Architectural Review Boards per community.</li>\n <li>Architectural liaison for Division To Be Built and Market Home starts.
