East West Bank gives people the confidence to reach further.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are currently seeking a Centralized Processing Specialist II</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As an East West Bank employee, you will be part of a growing and stable organization that provides career path development opportunities while serving a growing and profitable market.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>As a valuable East West Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performing GL balancing/reconciling</li>\n <li>Process Return Items, Non-Post and Exception Transactions, Foreign Items, ATM Balancing, Adjustments</li>\n <li>Handle customer’s inquiries clearly via phone and email</li>\n <li>Conduct research and administer the creation, reproduction, and use of bank records accurately and timely</li>\n <li>Operate with minimal supervision and may need to exercise independent judgment in completing assignments</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Banking Back Office Operations experience within a banking institution required</li>\n <li>FIS IBS Insight systems experience is a plus</li>\n <li>Collaboration/People skills</li>\n <li>Integrity/Dutifulness</li>\n <li>Available to work overtime as needed</li>\n <li>Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills </li>\n <li>Must have excellent customer service and communication skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment with sensitive deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs</li>\n <li>Detail oriented with strong organizational skills </li>\n <li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li>\n <li>Adhere to policy and procedures and attendance requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
