      "content": "\n<li>\n<p>Support vehicle operators in day-to-day operations, upholding a safety-centric, inclusive, and open communication culture.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Complete all administrative tasks concerning team management, including, but not limited to, timesheet approval &amp; schedule validation, and conduct written and oral performance feedback with direct reports at regular intervals. Engage with contractors assigned to Zoox to answer questions, provide information, and ensure they understand and execute their job assignments.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage daily warehouse operations within multiple facilities, including receiving, kitting, and cycle counting.&nbsp;</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Work closely with other Team Leads and Program/Project Managers within Vehicle Operators to ensure their team stays aligned with Zoox’s overall goals.&nbsp;</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Develop a strategy for making sure all our materials are delivered on time to our internal customers at the most efficient cost during a high-growth environment.
