This role will primarily focus on providing support on business development initiatives, client onboarding, as well as supporting day-to-day business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership and make an impact in a new venture.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support on business development initiatives  to expand precious metals business, including the addition of new products and services.</li>\n<li>Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating internally to resolve any blockers or issues.</li>\n<li>Engage with clients on pricing and market updates, supporting efforts to attract trading volume and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with the Managing Director and Sales team.</li>\n<li>Develop and prepare compelling pitch decks and comprehensive documentation for external clients, partners, and internal leadership.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operations support</span>:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in executing daily operational tasks, including trade processing, inventory tracking, and customer inquiries as the business ramps up.</li>\n<li>Support system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality of operational tools and platforms.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Take on additional tasks as needed, such as data entry, website updates, research, or assisting with marketing initiatives.</li>\n<li>Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree holder</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for tasks.</li>\n<li>A resourceful and adaptable approach, thriving in a startup environment with a passion for problem-solving.</li>\n<li>Possess a can-do attitude, eagerness to learn and take up new challenges.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, fast-moving team.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications (Not required but good to have)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 to 2 years of working experience involved in commodities or related roles, preferably within physical and precious metals.</li>\n<li>Basic coding skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, Python, or similar) to assist with website or system-related tasks.</li>\n<li>Interest or familiarity with the precious metals industry (training will be provided).</li>\n<li>Background in driving business development and supporting new initiatives</li>\n<li>Experience with process documentation or operational workflows.</li>\n<li>Availability to start immediately preferred</li>\n</ul>",
