          "text": "<p>The Project Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline.&#xa0; Overall duties include managing subcontractors, adjusting schedules as needed, managing the budget, and maintaining relationships.&#xa0;</p><p>Major Activities:</p><ul><li>Liaison between our steel fabrication shop, general contractor, and on-site steel erector</li><li>Coordinate&#xa0;structural and miscellaneous steel sequencing with appropriate personnel</li><li>Set up and maintain delivery and installation schedule for all items within scope of work</li><li>Write purchase orders as needed</li><li>Write subcontracts to erectors</li><li>Manage relationships with on-site steel erector</li><li>Attend jobsite meetings needed</li><li>Work with change order department to develop change orders as needed</li><li>Work with the accounting department to make monthly pay applications</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with general contractor</li><li>Attend weekly project management meetings</li><li>Update internal documents&#xa0;</li><li>Manage the close-out process when project is complete</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
