No late nights, no weekends, and 11 paid holidays.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">General Function:</span></p>\n<p><span>Responsible for complying with all state and federal laws, rule and regulations to fill prescriptions, and operate daily activities. <br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview:</span></p>\n<p>Assist pharmacist in any reasonable procedure as deemed necessary by pharmacist. Answer all phone calls, take customer walk-in information, type labels, file prescription. Call and/or electronically contact doctors for refill authorizations, assist in any report procedures. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist pharmacist in filling clinic and other satellite requisitions for drugs and pharmaceutical supplies (e.g. count pills and fill containers; fill containers with creams and ointments).</li>\n<li>Assist in packaging operations.</li>\n<li>Maintain related records and files.</li>\n<li>Prepares communications and reports.</li>\n<li>Bill all third-party transactions to appropriate carrier.</li>\n<li>Assist pharmacist in stock ordering, receiving all incoming stock and placing on shelves.</li>\n<li>Keep pharmacy orderly and neat, clean and stock shelves</li>\n<li>Operate cash register and computer</li>\n<li>Call doctors for refill authorizations</li>\n<li>Assist pharmacist in inventory control by preparing supply orders, maintaining inventory records and rotating stock.</li>\n<li>Check for outdated medications, price labeling of medications. <br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Minimum of 6 months pharmacy technician experience, required<br></li>\n<li>Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and to read and write common vocabulary<br></li>\n<li>Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the State of Ohio.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who We Are:</span></p>\n<p>Neighborhood Health Association (NHA) is Northwest Ohio’s largest community health center system.
