Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in engineering releasing, program management or business operations, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment. Proven experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and expense tracking. Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize workforce planning activities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and act as a proxy for leadership in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint). Transformational Mindset: Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and implement process improvements or "new ways of working" within a large-scale organization. Even better, you may have... Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA. Experience with project management methodologies and Ford-specific systems (e.g., for budget, HR, or procurement). Familiarity with engineering processes (e.g., GPDS, FEDE, BoM management). Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
