Rotative schedule M/T/, F/S/S - W/T&#xa0;(shift&#xa0;differential)</li></ul><p><strong>Salary:&#xa0; </strong></p><p>The hourly wage for this position ranges from $33.00 - $41.00 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.</p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>The primary purpose of the Sr. Maintenance Technician is to ensure production and operations are running safely at the most efficient level achievable, producing the highest possible production quality.&#xa0; Servicing and repairing complex equipment. Complies with applicable regulations and the department’s Safety program.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Performs troubleshooting and repair on electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic mechanical systems.&#xa0;</li><li>Analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment.</li><li>Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance.</li><li>Check and inspect assigned equipment during preventative maintenance. Reports findings to management.</li><li>Performs corrections on electrical issues through knowledge of drives and PLCs.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure machine productivity and quality after repairs, changeovers, and extended down time.</li><li>Complete work orders and update maintenance tracking system.</li><li>Respond quickly to issues or concerns that may put employees at risk for injury, to include rectifying immediate dangers.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Communicate existing and potential issues with group leaders/maintenance manager.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>Minimum High School diploma or GED and mechanical apprenticeship and/or vocational school/technology certificate in mechanic.</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Five (5) years of mechanical technical hands-on experience.</li><li>Ability to read and use schematics, gauges, tools and instruments.</li><li>Ability to use appropriate hand, power and specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to complete job tasks.</li><li>Must have sound knowledge and experience in Industrial Maintenance environment with repair and troubleshooting machine issues and breakdowns along with general maintenance.</li><li>Must have experience in welding with MIG and/or arc welder.</li><li>Must have a good working knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, pumps, valves, cylinders, conveyors, etc.</li><li>Forklifts and scissor lift driving experience is preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Functional Success Drivers: </strong>These competencies are what we require for an individual to be successful in this role.</p><ul><li>Safety &amp; Security</li><li>Independence</li><li>Track Record</li><li>Adaptability</li><li>Problem Solving</li><li>Communication</li><li>Team Player</li></ul>",
