Successful individuals will have a strong sense of urgency and positive attitude while calmly serving up to 300 guests. Experience with traditional cocktail recipes, and a focus on setting up a successful bar station are essential to this position. The Banquet Bartender will ensure that all food and beverage service for functions in the banquet department of the hotel are served on time and that all of The Lake House professional standards are upheld.&nbsp;The Banquet Bartender maintains a thorough knowledge of the Lake House and all its grounds, products, and services as well as awareness of other roles and responsibilities throughout the organization.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u><strong>Essential Functions</strong></u>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow all state and local laws for serving alcohol responsibly (e.g., last call times).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Set up and breakdown bar in a timely manner, keeping all areas cleaned and stocked.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follows standard operating procedures to help ensure that bars are set up and operated with efficiency and minimum labor and cost sales.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times. Make guests feel welcome and appreciated.
