          "text": "<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable legislation, policies, and procedures</li><li>Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to pipefitting crews on site</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily work activities to meet project schedules and quality requirements</li><li>Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine layout and execution requirements</li><li>Ensure proper installation of piping systems including:<ul><li>Measuring, cutting, threading, and bending pipe</li><li>Welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, and joining piping systems</li></ul></li><li>Oversee installation of supports, valves, piping, and control systems</li><li>Ensure crews perform system testing, flushing, and leak checks</li><li>Troubleshoot field issues and coordinate resolutions with engineering and other trades</li><li>Monitor workmanship and productivity, ensuring adherence to project standards</li><li>Coordinate with other disciplines (welding, electrical, instrumentation, etc.) to ensure smooth execution</li><li>Support commissioning and system turnover activities</li><li>Assist with material tracking and may support basic cost estimating</li><li>Maintain clear communication with project management and provide progress updates</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul>",
