The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for the following:</span></span></span></p>\n\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:square\">\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Order,&nbsp;Validate and Confirm&nbsp;Income and Asset Information.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Maintain Loan Information in Mortgage Software.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Maintain Communication with clients and related 3rd parties</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Coordinate with mortgage loan originators the proper communication and time management needed to ensure deadlines are met according to loan processing procedures.</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Run and Evaluate AUS Findings</span></span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff\"><span style=\"font-family:Aptos,sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Review credit reports and order appraisals and title work.
